Start the morning off with a brisk run/walk at our Unicorn Run 5K. Then sign-up for a fun-relaxing cool down with our Unicorn Yoga, there are sessions throughout the entire event.
Later, at the event you'll find 10 + of Hampton Roads most delicious bakeries, serving their unique unicorn and mermaid inspired creations.

An afternoon of fun with family and friends. There will be face painters, bounce houses, costume contests, eating contests, yard games and more!
Please feel free to bring your outdoor lawn chair or blanket, to enjoy main stage events.
Pets and Tents are not allowed.

Unicorn Run 5k
Enjoy a great run...or walk if you choose, you'll not only be benefiting yourself but you can benefit CHKD as well. Participants will receive a racing bib, finisher medal, T-shirt (if registered before 9/8) and a cupcake at the end of the race. Unicorn inspired race-wear highly encouraged!

Unicorn Yoga
Join NeoSoul Yoga for 30 mins. of Unicorn Yoga. Beginner level full body stretches, breathing and imaginative poses. Fun for adults and kids! Bring a partner or on your own. Great for the mind, body and rainbow light in all of us.
